all these numbers drive me crazy. system is bogging down on me and i'm getting fustrated so i'm going home. from what i initially read it looks like 2.16 per common share is the number. i do believe however, that some accounting techniques are or will be applied primarily due to the Asian problems. something IBM is calling 'at constant currency' not sure what this means entirely or if it will even be a factor. my guess is that 2.16 will stick as the number. just my opinion. good luck to all. rh
