Bannon and Bass are simplistic trade balance believers. Hopefully Trump ignores them and their dopey hardball smashmouth talk. Fire them and all trade negotiators. Tell them to get real jobs growing lettuce or corn or something. Something people want to buy. If people in China want to provide megatons of things in exchange for American promissory notes then that's up to them. No need for Americans to get weird about it. Americans should be thrilled that some people accept such a ponzi scheme payment. Mqurice
