elk, I guess you didn't bother to read that entire post, did you ? I explained to Paul, that I mistakenly wrote " I am short in Jmar ". What I meant to write was " I am not short in Jmar ". By the way, just so you will know, I had no position in Jmar, that is a fact, it means little to me whether you believe that or not. Anyone who reads those post's should understand their meaning, I hope you will also !!! Tom

elk, In response to your comments. My research on Ftel did not take the eons that you allude to in your post. I just didn't bother to waste the time, and that's exactly what I feel it is. However, when my name is mentioned here, I do and will respond. As for standard legal disclaimers, the answer to that can only be accurate after an exhaustive search and comparison. That should be done by someone other than you and I. An impartial bystander !!!! By all means compare Cymer's SEC documents wwith Ftel, if you like. Please explain about my tarring and feathering on the Cymer thread, I must have missed it, or, are you referring to the Jmar investors. Oh, by the way, why did you edit out the links to my Jmar postings ????? Those same regards to you, Tom
