Jimmy: Regarding your comment: "they need to call an early annual meeting (was held in May last year) so that we can air this all out, vote, and get on with the business of growing this company" Yes, and the sooner the better. Are you listening, JTO, Fearnow, Netherland, and anybody else in a position to exert a little more pressure than we are here. Come to think of it, maybe what we need to do is petition AB&G to call this annual meeting as early as possible. Perhaps we should draft a letter (collecting comments from thread participants) and then send it to Greg Wilson and Corky Logue via registered mail so we know they got it. Seems like kind of a weird idea and I suppose they would have no obligation to respond but I don't see where we have anything to lose. Anybody second the notion? TKA
