Up 5% on better than expected earning. Becoming more likely the worst is over . The train may be leaving the station. with Culps reputation, may be a 10 bagger in a few years. Or not.

Hahaha....well I would not bet the farm on a 10 bagger in a few years.

The first quarter beat the Analyst expected earning by 5% but year over year 2018 to 2019 the first quarter for 2019 was in fact less that 2018.

So yes this is good news that the analysts were wrong but they have a long way to getting a share price into the $100 range considering the highest price for this stock was in the $30/share for the last 10 years... mind you those are prices adjusted for dividends which are basically non-existent now.

This stock has a history now of jumping up in price on any good news and then falling back. Notice the excitement of the BBWidth with this rise in price.... it has declined instead of risen... This share price is still in consolidation since the drop in price in April 8.

The Slow Sto and MACD are rising so there is hope for a continued rise... but indications of a 10 bagger in a few years.... keep dreaming

All that has happened is that in the P&F chart it is running up against 2 resistances that must be passed.

Now the ichimoku chart shows some promise

It is nice that in one day it leaped through the Green cloud.... that does not happen every day and should be encouraging....but it ended in a doji today....dojis are signs of indecision.... so we will see if it drops back into the soup again. You can see by the high of the day of $10.53 it tried to breach the P&F resistance band of $10.30-$10.40 and failed .... that doesn't mean it won't try again soon....

But all is well and Culp shows the way.....well let us see.... he took over in October/18 well he is 20% of the way to being even.....

A ten bagger in a few years.... keep smoking weed...:)

I believe their report included a one time gain from asset sales that will not be there next quarter. The only positive i see is a smaller cash burn than previous quarters. Will want to see how much cash is burned next few quarters AFTER the one time asset sales end.
