Day's trading summation

Although nothing like we had prior to December, today's volume represents the largest volume on a single day since January 5. Prior to that, the largest trading volume day was December 23.

Coincidentally, both of those days, like today, were UP days.

We need, want and love the volume, don't we?

Regarding today's trading patterns, almost all the volume today was at $12.4375 and above. Large blocks went off at the asks (which is unusual recently).

Once again, there was very strong volume for the first 2 hours, then nothing for the next 2 hours, then we got good volume again going into the close.

What made this day so impressive (besides being an up day) is that most of the day we were taking out asks. Haven't seen this for a long time.

Bodes well for the rest of the week going into earnings.

Of course, if your name starts with an R, you should sell now before you lose everything.
