OK, Does that mean we SOLD an asset? I don't remember having $5 mil available for the buyback. This is sounding pretty awesome if we made another killing by selling another asset for mega profit! GO JOE Murphy!!!!

Doggone it. Every time news is announced I have to go out of town. Will be in Washington tomm. and will miss some of the fireworks for sure. Oh well, I'll take it and suffer through the meetings. On a serious note, let me also add my thanks to you and your staff and all of the DCI investors on this thread. I think this is the first time I have ever fallen in love with a stock. But you are stuck with me as an investor for a long time. I like gentlemen and you sir are one. Chuck
