Good evening Deep, I do not believe that the contracts won directly by Matridigm will show up on the bottom line of Zitel until Matridigm has an IPO and then Zitel converts its PS for CS. (Deep...you already know what the other possible way in which we may see the revenues from Matridigm's contracts show up on Zitel's bottom line) Don't misunderstand, it will definately increase the net equity of the company. I think the importance of this contract in addition to the NG/Army contract is to validate the MAP2000. I believe that this is only the begining for both Matridigm as well as Zitel....Time will tell.. Sincerely, Jas
