Ok. Here's another question for everyone, especially David. Today I recieved yet another catalog touting a fishing game, only this one definitely looks like a copy. It's called "Electronic Video Fishing Game" and is slightly different looking than Bass Fishing. It has a smaller display and a handle with only one grip. It's also priced at only $9.99 and next to the price is the statement "Better Value than others'" with a price of $24.95 crossed out. Is this a copy or did Radica make it? My guess is it's a cheap imitation out of Korea since several of the products in the catalog are indentifiable as Korean made. The fishing game has a name on the bottom of it that I can't quite read but looks something like "Ken Rice". Wouldn't it be wise to patent the concept of a hand held fishing game before marketing it or isn't this practical? It would at least keep copies like this at bay. The catalog is one I've never heard of before called Bright Life out of Hicksville, NY.
