I don't know. Value Line reports an "Average Annual P/E Ratio" which in recent (post 1990) years has ranged from 9.3 to 19.3. My projection was _yearly earnings_, not p/e, of $3.59 in two years +/- (but it's just a W.A.G., and not intended to apply to any particular month).
