Bernie, I appreciate your thoughts. With the surge in oil drillers the past few days from huge lows is it time to get back into the Fidelity drillers? Thanks.

Bernie, although I have not closely recorded the timings, it seems to me that recently, whenever Saddam digs in his heels and stirs things up with the UN, FSESX goes up. After the UN visits Iraq and it seems that they'll begin to inspect where they please, FSESX takes a nosedive. Its on a general trend down, but with zigs that appear to coincide with Saddam. Care to comment on this? You probably have access to better records than I on the last several months. Would this make for short term plays as they occur, if associated? I've been lurking for quite a while, this is my first message on this thread. Roy Ross
