Well what ever the news is, they'd better explain the drop some how or else it will become a self fullfilling explosion. Why the underwriter hasn't come out with defensive comments to support the stock or provide a floor seems crazy to me.

I think that the price limit should be raised up the bar for importance, as I'm seeing these cheap stocks that are tanking failing to get any noteworthy support. That being said, I promise no imaginary trades of HCOM on Wednesday, no matter how bad I want to play what could be a big bounce ;)

Looks like we already have a candidate for Thursday, watch for the bounce very early as there's plenty of time to fill orders with the early warning:

16:21 [SYBS] SYBASE: MUST REVERSE 4Q REVS, RESTATE 1Q, 2Q, 3Q REVENUES.

16:24 [SYBS] SYBASE: 4Q LOSS IS 'SUBSTANTIALLY' LARGER THAN ESTIMATES.

16:26 [SYBS] SYBASE POSTPONES 4Q EARNINGS ONE WEEK.
