I think he can. Many within his own party opposed him based on a false narrative. It is realistic to believe that he could have had more done on immigration and a repeal of bummercare. That endeavor took a lot of energy and focus away from the real problems facing the country (which was undoubtedly part of the rationale for the false accusations). He did more than any president in my lifetime, he could have done a lot more....

Well, I see it a little differently. I think he can have his cake and eat it too. :)

He can brag about how much he got done, but at the same time show how much more he could have gotten done if he hadn't been falsely accused.

And importantly, I believe that is the absolute truth.
