There is a seventeen year supply of gold sitting in CB vaults.
The French are large holders and if they even discuss changing economic policy a million students go to the streets and turn over automobiles. (They would like to be able to sell some gold)
The CBs would like higher gold prices.
The Russian elections were'nt able to turn gold.
The hedge funds will cause the next rally as they caused the last. Soros and the hedge funds brought down the pound and they will bring gold up when they think the time is right. All this talk about gold's innate connection to the world situation is absurd.
