Mr. genius, I believe we are bringing out the truth and are close to what i'm driving at. You have done your homework on WWS amoung others and that is certainly a good thing. You mentioned that there was a DD problem with the uranium deal and WWS. I have studied the documents endlessly and have had several(legally minded peers do the same) to determine the errors and whos fault this mess is. Although KAZ is bound by a quota that limits the import of uranium into the US the deal is quite clear that part of that quota was to be extended to WWS. You are correct that this problem only exists with export to the US and they could have shipped elsewhere, but the US nuclear program is the largest in the world and thus eventually, a permit would have to be issued to find enough buyers for the product.Later the Gov't admitted that in fact, they had discovered the "true" value of the projects and thus wanted to re nationalize the uranium program. they only decided that the project was as valuable when western technology proved the job could be very profitable. So what does all this have to do with SPE? My endless point is that if/when SPE is able to build a viable business that may one day prosper, the Gov't may choose to move into the project and take over or more likely, change the original terms of the agreement to benefit themselves.THIS IS POSSIBLE. I would think that all interested parties keep a sharp eye on INDOCHINA and what happens with their talks with the GOV't.You can expect similar treatment.
