Wharfie, Nope. It's like saying robbery won't be illegal until the court says it is, which it prolly did, at some point. Robbery has always been illegal, even before the court declared it as such. This is because robbery violates someone's right to own property. That right was always there; no court ever needed to declare that right because it was always self-evident. Same thing to the right to fair elections. You can't have the state tilt the scales in favor of one candidate. That violates the entire essence of democracy. No court ever needs to rule on that, because the logic is self-evident. You are trying to avoid defending this illegal action by claiming that the courts never ruled against it. Tenchusatsu
