I cannot remember what SPCT's tax rate was during 1997, but it was low (somewhere in the teens). Now that SPCT has been profitable, it's tax rate will be 35% or so for 1998. This fact is reflected in some of the company's SEC filings.

I guess we can forget about the stock gapping up. It is down about a point last I checked. I will email IR about the CC and see if they can fill me in.
