It was originally requested/funded by one of the R's, then later taken over by the Clinton campaign when he dropped out.. That piece is full of right wing blather worthy of Hannity or Zero Hedge, not going there ... if the FBI really had been intent on destroying Trump, their investigations of him would have been leaked at the time.
