The OLC says he can't indict a sitting president. That was NOT the basis for his failure to charge Mr Trump and he told Barr and Rosenstein that several times. Why do you persist in spreading FAKE stories? That's a scummy liberal trick. SHOW ME ONE article/link by Mueller that said he used that excuse NOT to charge Trump....JUST ONE...by Mueller!!! Mueller has had several weeks no to correct the record AT ANY TIME if Barr lied. He did not. Nor will he at any hearing that will never materialize.
