Rumors of the sales have been around for a month. But today was the first confirmation that they are real. The importance of today's announcement is that the Las Vegas sale turns theory into practice. A station owner has put money down for the Adjacent Channel Trans., and it will be operating in Las Vegas for NAB. I hope ACRO charters a non-stop shuttle to ferry people to the station. As one expert of the tube industry told me, "ACRO's ACT is just a theory until somebody buys one." Well, not only is it now boughten, it's in about as high a profile place as we could hope for. It will be hard for the competition to downplay an ACT that is up and running when station owners come to NAB in April.

Paul, I suspect it will take something of a major earnings announcement, not just transmitter sales.
