The company might paid for the shares but the holder were asked to report. Anyway there will be 15k shares less on the markets to flow. The prices they bought were pretty low. That tells us they might feel confortable at that prices.

Agree. The bonus shares don't have to buy from the market.
They could come from the options plan which don't require the
insider transaction report, but they do show up on the company 10-K.
