Marlin, you may want to refer to the co.s' last 10KSB, the co.itself admits that the unit needs remodeling and there is a need to hire more engineers to help develop the technology before it can be commercially applied, which at this point only adds fuel to the fire, there are no customers, other tham the partnership and revenues for the third quarter amounted to only $4000. The state law is quite clear in its limitations. It appears some wish to silence this very accurate portrail of GRNO, the same voice who wishes to silence this reality check was one who had been hyping the stock, writing a newsletter , and eventually wound up in a SEC office being interrogated by a SEC attorney. To date, the co. itself noted it is dependant on cash to carry- on as an on-going concern...yet, I'm critqued for mentioning this 'fact' and told that everyone is still searching for why the SEC halted trading and interrogated one of the hypsters of this stock.....can it possibly be that GRNO, as admitted, has not proven the 'unit' to be ready or able for commercial use. I would look at those who wish to silence these contentions with suspicion...the stock is designated to the pink-sheets and no MM's have shown the desire to make a Market for GRNO....why? And why do some wish these facts to be silenced!? All the best! Pugs
