More like Uber may never make a profit...
IMO profit is playing second fiddle to expansion at present. Growth might gave slowed somewhat but is still respectable with I believe 25% year on year increase. It is all about establishing global footprint in several areas at present and there are a lot of costs in that. Once established the focus will move to cutting costs and maximising profit.
IMO it is a very good business model and will be profitable in the future.
I expect UBER to continue heading south like LYFT for a while. But there will be a time in the not too distant future when both LYFT & UBER will be good to jump on for a very profitable ride north.

SDOW traded 7.4 Million shares today...
Hope those SDOW are doing OK for you Cassandra

Have a good weekend.
