I have come to the same conclusion as you on these foods. I get all my coffee beans now from Costco. Buy their grass fed ground beef too. Trying to eat healthier so find myself shopping at Sprouts & Trader Joes (a private company).

So with my new investment theme I am searching for companies that produce locally, fresh local produce, organic and less processed foods but at a reasonable price. UNFI on that list as a distributor. Also looking at seed companies and farmers that grow hemp and non-GMO yellow peas (that's what makes up BLND).

As investors we must change w/ the times, find the newest trends and companies. Can you believe ROKU and their new streaming platform (use those for streaming too).

When at Sprouts check out their bins of natural nuts/grains. Been replacing my steel cut oats w/ oat bran. Surprised that Trader Joes did not sell Oat Bran (that is where I got my steel Cut Oats). That is supposed to be better for you when making oatmeal.

I think it was John Bogel who said Buy good companies that make/produce what you use/buy.
