"Apparently, you liberals think reducing planetary CO2 emissions depends upon huge human population growth rates in Africa" The people who bother to link warming and population say we have to reduce population. I usually ask them if they have a user-friendly way of doing that in a timely fashion, and they don't. Do you? "the Republic of California will reduce its CO2 emissions by 10% and all will be well."
