I can't locate the post now, but someone in the past few days reported that BNGO management's plan was to open an avg of 1 BNGO hall per week this year. While that sounds on the high side of what we might realistically expect, 50 BNGO halls @ their historical avg of $150K net profit annually would translate after taxes to around $5M or $ .50 /share to go along with the $ .40-.50 present base earnings. While I'm not happy with the recent shenanigans within management, bottom line the co has the cash and the formula to expand earnings. Once they announce their businesss plan as promised, along with 4th qtr/year results we ought to see some improvement in sentiment & share price. IMHO Max

Vinnie - THANK YOU! My wife and I just finished talking about the BNGO situation for the past hour. I was feeling frustrated that, over the past few months (of course immediately after I bought my BNGO shares), one thing after another has come up which seems to have negatively impacted the PERCEPTION of this company and, therefore, the share price. First the 3rd quarter earnings "disappointment" (which was actually another record EPS), then the warrant call with associated management bashing frenzy, then the South Carolina political situation, now this APPARENT power struggle.

At the end of our conversation, she asked: "Isn't the company still making money?" I said, "Not only are they making money, they are likely to have another record earnings quarter (4th Q, '97) AND they have about $14 Million dollars in the bank AND no significant debt." She said, "Every time you tell me that, I feel better. Be patient."

So, then I come check on the SI BNGO Thread and there's Vinnie saying, "EARNINGS, EARNINGS, EARNINGS!" and to be patient. I needed that confirmation. Thank you. I'm hanging in there. This company is making WAY too much money to give up on them now.
