Yes, the price can follow the lower parallel line up and rally one day or so and jump up to the mid line and then follow that line also. The dow just arrived at the midline and sold off today. If it returns to this line within a day or two, it will follow this midline higher, just like the Nikkei.

BTW, because it didn't sell off yesterday upon touching that midline, I bought more 100 points lower today. Call me crazy. (-...-)
