The USSC has ruled time and again that when a platform, digital or not, becomes a de facto public square for the exchange of political ideas and speech, then it is subject to the 1st Amendment.

Was NBC, CBS, and ABC subjected to the same standards when they were the de facto public square for the exchange of political ideas?
