James -

What am I missing? If the final date to register for the auction was today, 1/20 and the U.S. has accepted the WTO Agreement to go into effect 2/9, it seems to me that the foreign carriers were locked out of the bidding.

BTW, anybody have any feedback from the AITP Meeting today in Philadelphia ?
