David, I believe you were referring to Carol's post #1606. I was told that the 10-K (Annual Audited Financials) is what they are trying to get completed by Feb 1. I will try to call and clarify that tomorrow or maybe Carol knows. Cheryl

Any explinations?>> Yes, 10Q's or 10K doesn't matter to me as long as it is audited. We need something, ANYTHING, that gives solid numbers we can bank on. For now, everything is "he said, she said." I have no problem not knowing the day-to-day operations of the company. Remaining competitive is important. But, I have trouble understanding how our competitors will crush us if they learn how much money we really made in the third quarter.
