Greg, I don't currently have an answer to your question. I'm very new to xDSL. I have used PAIR for the last couple of years for HDSL and I think their PGFLEX product will do well this year. I also think Adtran is a well managed company for the continued play on HDSL. I personally believe 1999 will be a year of field trials at the RBOCS for xDSL technologies. I believe it will take the RBOCs till the year 2000 or beyond to ready the central office for production deployment of xDSL. I don't have a handle on the relative design attributes of the various xDSL chip sets. I know from following PAIR that their Falcon chip set is progressing for late 98 deployment. However, PAIR thinks this market is still at least 18 months away. Hope this helps, Jay
