I think people would suppose a Jackson Pollock painting would be easy to imitate then pass off as genuine due to its apparently random-pattern technique.

I don't understand why they're so highly-valued either, except it must be they evoke some kind of strong emotional or meditative responses in enough people like a lot of abstract art does. But, a $100 million dollar's worth?

Anyway, here is one of his more realistic works.
