Oh, Jeffrey, what a web we weave......

You very well know that most of the contract announcements that CSGI has made are going to fall into their Q3 and not Q2.

CSGI's Q2 ended in Nov.

Since that time CSGI has announced:

ConSyGen Is Awarded Year 2000 Contract for Client of INSI Integrated Systems
exchange2000.com

ConSyGen Is Awarded Year 2000 Contract for Insurance Data Processing, Inc.
exchange2000.com

ConSyGen Inc. Is Awarded Year 2000 Contract For Client of Chase Software Norway AS
exchange2000.com

Furthermore, the 3,000,000 line LSI (Merril Lynch) contract was announed in Sep.

However since this contract involved both a y2k conversion and a migratinon, the revenues will fall into Q3 as well.

the 10Q you posted was for Q2 and doesn't include the revenues from any of these contracts.

I'm sure that an upstanding guy, such as yourself, wouldn't want to mislead anyone.
