B&G Foods Inc. (BGS) said it paid $80 million in cash to purchase Clabber Girl Corp., which producers its namesake baking powder as well as baking soda and corn starch.

B&G said Clabber will add between $70 million and $75 million in sales annually.

Look at the SEC for 8K filed. I was surprised they did not state their cost in the press release as they got it at a very fair price. FWIW, when I noted that price (at 1x sales), I picked up more shares at $22.03/share. I think downside is small. BGS now in my top 10 holdings (No 10) and will peel off my high cost shares if/when we trade near $30/share.
