How many votes were eliminated by changing voter registration data? We don't know. Example: Trump won MI by 10,704 votes in 2016. The Democratic vote in 2016 there was lower than the 2012 Democratic vote by 295,730. How many of that decline were discouraged voters and how many were de-registered? You don't have to change votes, just eliminate them. Manafort gave detailed polling information on key swing states to Russians. That data would have been a guide to where to de-register Democratic voters. Did it happen? We don't know.
