I spoke with John Ritter who works with Mike Fearnow tonight. Ho told me that the reversal re- Wilson occurred because after his announced resignation, he learned that his shares would not be as liquid as he had anticipated. Corky Logue will play a larger role in management, and Greg Wilson, who had resigned because the company is growing beyond his management abilities, will be leaving after he deals with his equity. Why is he not staying on only as a board member but as CEO? Because he wants a degree of control as long as he has such a large equity position. The arguement doesn't seem entirely sound to me, particularly if he has such confidence in Corky Logue's management abilities.

I told him that I own a stock in which the CFO resigned last Thursday, evidently under adverse circumstances. The announcement was made after the market closed, and there was a suggestion of an adverse response by stockholders. By 11:30 AM the following morning, the company released a statement saying that published earnings estimates for the next quarter are realistic, and the company is on course. I called the company the next day, and had a long talk with the CEO, who was happy to talk with a stockholder. This company demonstrated a partnership with its owners.

I suggested to John that the BNGO might want to pre-announce earnings at this time, or do something particularly meaningful, given the 2 adverse actions on the part of management performed over the past 6 weeks re- stock price (warrant call and this), so as to demonstrate concern and comittment to stockholders. There are a number of people on this thread who have a significant proportion of their positions invested here, and it would appear to me that a greater than usual demonstration of loyalty to stockholders is now in order. I passed that along to management, and hope that others will as well.
