Ward,

I think you may have some interesting opportunities in the near future. Although I am long, I suspect we'll see some wild price movements. On the positive side, the 'other company's' PR machine caught KRY unawares last time around. I don't think this will happen again now that Fung calls the shots.

Incidentally, it's been reported that the big machines have been quiet at the LC4&6 since summer'97. This BS about stopping mining construction activity is pure spin, plain and simple. Interesting to note that the other company appears to want a decision now as quickly as KRY does. They are reported to be tired of the waiting too.

Happy trading. I hope we see a strong spike this week followed by more news and a decision. If not, I think we could be unpleasantly suprised.

RH

Ward,

Looks like this is going to work very well for you. When the dust settles, you really should consider quitting you job and start trading on a full-time basis. You might also consider promoting yourself as a portfolio manager so you may take fees for doing what you would be doing for yourself anyway.

Think about it.
