Not if you exclude California. Exclude fraud in Ca may not have helped, including the millions in voter fraud. For proof just look what the Dem's are excepting at the border. I'm sure if Hillary had won, they wouldn't need the votes now and be more strict on border as they told us prior 2014. Sickening... there's: rapists, murderers, child molesters, human traffickers, sex traffickers & above all, parasites that will vote Democrat. 150k drug related deaths (most over the border) last 2 yrs during Russia, Russia and barely in News...Yeah!
