Whereas KLAC and TER serve the back end test sector, which tends to have short lead times, ASYT serves the front end sector, where lead times are usually longer. I don't know what ASYT's backlog is, but for most front end makers it is around 6 months. This fundamental difference between back and front end would make me hesitant to use quarterly surprise results from the back end vendors to predict what will happen the same quarter with the front end makers.
