I just went long GLD and GDXJ. Agree action has been pathetic, but this to me looks like another good entry pt with the market likely to go lower next week. It's getting hurt by the strong Dollar, but if things continue to deteriorate I think it'll become a safe haven again at least for incremental inflows.

I've actually been buying select stocks for the past 2-months and they are up very nicely. Even when the overall market has been dropping, these stocks have been rising. Stocks like: OPP, FRPT, MTCH, FIVE, UNH, . . . Some give good dividends as well. (not all of my holdings are listed) I am developing my stock picking and trading system to be solid .. once and for all. No more fooling around .. I'm too old to still be messing around!
