That is a perfect example of where our founding fathers FAILED us MISERABLY especially the drunken racist rat bastard MacDonald .. (I don't care what those Quebec dogs say) .. (send all teh chinks back to China) We are founded on a lie.. what do you expect.. The prairies should have gotten legislative meat through an elected Senate .. HUGE FAIL by the fathers of confederation.. but they all did not really give a rat's ass about the west then did they ? Then the parries as the Brits thought too were a place for trapping and such.. Why do you think our western US border past the lakes is were it is..Brits were stupid and short sighted..
