Here are my principal conclusions: 1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report. Never should have been an investigation 2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct. Never should have been an investigation 3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances. Check with the Dimm-rats 4. Few members of Congress have read the report. It's there for them in un-redacted form. They don't care. It's just "get Trump"
