Well Churchill can be used 3.5 months approx.. for now.. icebreakers would extend that. They would be running tanker convoys to extend the season.. Would be interesting too add shipbuilding there.. Just musing.. looking forwards :)) Maybe Ontario would split the bill on a canal to Superior in lieu of pipe LOL One hell of a make work project :)) Not likely of course...Then again that pat of Ontario is pretty sparse.. maybe pipe would fly ? Then again researching Lake Superior ice overs is a interesting topic ;)
