Chris, welcome aboard. There is some discussion on this thread as to when earnings will be released. I don't expect the earnings until Feb.
I also do not believe that this stock is a quick play on the expected earnings. APCO is a small fry in its sector but the company's business plan practically insures that it's piece of the pie will grow. I anxiously await not only the earnings but further developments.

Sergio

Chris,

Hyping ??? APCO will certainly take care of itself. The stock has held well. I think the market is just waiting on this one a little. I sense that earnings will be better than expected.

Plus FY 98 earnings projections need some revision upwards.

Chris,

I know I'm asking for it by posting this but...this is where Sergio's statement about news comes from.

Chris:

"At the risk of shamelessly hyping this stock too, I bought 500 more at the open. If you look at the charts at www.iqc.com, APCO looks like it is great shape to make another up move. And just in time for earnings next week!"

I too see a very bullish signal in the charts for APCO. I am not a big fan of charts when the market is volitile, but in APCO case I think the chart is in line with the attitude of the APCO shareholders.

Regards,
TI
