Len, there are a lot of small company stocks that have solid fundamentals and are in a downtrend. Check out MLOG and CCUR as other examples. It is inevitable that NOIZ will be found as an attractive investment as long as the fundamentals remain strong. In the meantime, keep your eye on the stock price. If it falls below $2, you may want to sell and concider re-entry at another time. The chart indicates that the stock has pulled lower to fill the gap left behind on its way up. Once the gap is filled, then it should resume it's upward move. The company's plans to make themselves move visible to the investment world will surely help. Please keep us posted on any news. Sergio
