Larry -- Sure we are in a downtrend on a monthly basis. But by the time we get an uptick on your monthly chart a month will have past. You can miss a lot of upside in a month in these stocks.

Maybe the very safest thing would be to wait a month and then see your uptick, but if a person was wanting something real safe he likely shouldn't be in these stocks at all. Right?

The monthly drillers composite (close price) I am looking at is right on the support/resistance line; the way I am reading the 'shorter' term indicators suggests more upside movement. No guarantees on anything....this is just TA.
