I believe the warrants on CRTVA will start trading on about 5/24. It will probably trade at an PE~14x. Balance sheet is debt free except the considerable working capital ( they need to accumulate sed inventory for the growing season) , but will bear about $200-300M in pension cost annually.

I think there is considerable upside to profits because the restructuring from the Dow / DuPont combination is only 1/2 complete. FWIW - the DuPont seed business ( Pioneer Hi bred) was acquired for almost $10 B in 1999. That investment didn’t work well, I think looking at the value of the entire business now.
