But they are not. This is a republic. It is not a place where the mob is allowed to rule.

Article 1, section 10:
"No state shall, without the consent of Congress... enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State..."

So all these state compacts are illegal. The lefties who run these states totally ignore our Constitution and they are clowns.

Wharfie, we discussed this before. If Trump wins the popular vote, the "blue states" that voted for this will change their minds. Or the people who get sent to the Electoral convention will change their minds.

Think Trump has no chance of winning the popular vote in 2020? Remember that most people thought Trump had no chance of winning even the Electoral College in 2016.

Of course, you're a liberal, so keeping a consistent standard was never a thing.

Nevada May Soon Join Popular Vote Movement
Political Wireby Taegan Goddard

“Nevada could soon join 14 other states and Washington, D.C. to award its electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote during a presidential election,” KTVN reports.

“Nevada has six electoral votes, which go to the candidate who gets the most votes in our state. If the bill gets Governor Sisolak’s signature, the votes would go to the candidate who got the most votes, nationally.”
