Robert, You were so close to intelligence but you lost it on the last post.1. Dealing with mines, i hoped you understood that it takes time to "ramp up production" the company was working on already mined ore and was in the process of milling it. Do you believe the mining of any product begins at max capacity?I can't wait for SPE starts intial production at its yearly rate.2. If you go through the "book" or agreement that WWS had with the KAZ you will find that they indeed agreed to a portion of the US market until the quota is gone in 2000. What I can't understand about you is that you are not listening to a thing I say. My point is that this KAZ does not bargain in good faith, cancels deals that they sign, and are completely self serving. If this government is as hospitable to investment( they invited WWS to start the project)and acted in a lawful manner, why is the US government raising hell and so many companies passed on doing business. I suggest that you do a little research on why the pres of KAZ came to the US a month ago. BEcause he was crying that US wasn't pouring enough cash and investing enough through corporate ventures.I wonder why? So what did the US do, cut foreign aid.If you are so blind that you think you are dealing with a structured and lawful gov't you may be in for a BIG suprise.
AS well, i would be a little more concerned of the pull out of INDOCHINA. This was a much larger project than yours with pockets much deeper. All the cards may not on the table for you to see.

I am signing off... many of you are probably glad as you think I have an agenda or I'm just an as-hol- but i have said all that i needed to say. I hope everyone fully understands the signifigant risks of the gov't.Best of luck with SPE(even Robert) I do believe this can be a very rewarding project.(if the government allows it)
