For once, Vector Vest is in line with Doug, very bullish. Has this
stock at $8.70 value. So, the message is that its now a bargain basement price. I read Vector Vest with a grain of salt because on
other good stocks it does not give such a generous estimate. I don't know if its Vector Vest bias or some magic formula that only works for stocks like APCO. Anyhow, it seems to do justice to APCO. Whether
its right or wrong, only time will prove it.

Just wanted to throw in my opinion. I am long on APCO now and hope
for the best. I truly hope and believe that APCO will reach the $8.70
target.

Ben, where ever you are,it's Jan.and like I promised I'm back and doing my best to push it up the 3/8 like I said. I tried today but it didn't work too well, oh well, will try again tomorrow.
